Just so I don't confuse my slower readers. I will slow it down, and try to explain it to you. OK, so you come out of the womb, and as soon as you are old enough to know what is really going on around you. You will see your parents, talking about the cars they want to buy, or about the houses that they'd like to own. You might have seen an older brothers' or sister's talking about designer glasses, or designer pants, and how these items cost hundreds, upon hundreds of dollars; so when you where about 4 or 5 years old, you where sitting there, eating your drinking your cup full of Cheerios. While you sat there trying to watch your daily episode of the cartoon version of X-men. During the breaks in that show, you were sitting there watching, commercial after commercial, which was being run by your eyes over and over again. You where being brain washed into a materialistic life-style without even knowing it. Those Ad's, let you know as a child, how you wanted the rest of your life to be, along with knowing exactly, what it would take to achieve that life style.
So you grew up, maybe you were born outside of the sunshine states, in some rundown God forsaken, white trash town. So the sunshine states or even New York, became your make believe Shangri La of materialism. It's a magical realm, which was going to give you the things that you so desperately craved, and thought that you needed. Now you may not have had any of the schooling, which would be required to achieve any of those dreams. Not being able to live with the fact that you were not going to be able to have any of materialism that advertisers so desperately needed you to have. You went and did exactly, what big corporations need you to do; you sold your soul for less than 10 pieces of silver! Giving your body and sometimes your mind, to the highest bidder. Often times, you gave yourself to the most disgusting human beings amongst the human race, whom are referred to as Johns.
A lot of people come to California with the lie that millions come here with. That it's really going to happen for them one day...with fame and fortune waiting for them at the end of the fame rainbow. Many times that desperate enterprise, leaves them broke, destitute, and alone. You're asking me at this point, what the hell are you talking about Linda? Well people, I'm talking about what causes the American whore mentality. But we shouldn't feel like, we are all alone in the world, with this addiction. Many, many, countries around the world, have this type of materialistic mentality. Where everything and everyone can be bought or sold on an auction block. Humanity needs to change its wicked materialistic ways! Personally I'm tired of seeing, mothers, with two or more children here in America. Selling the only thing that they have left to sell, with that thing being their bodies and their souls...Simply because, they received, no financial help, from their dead beat boyfriends or husbands. But it's not just single mothers, whom are selling their bodies and minds, to our materialistic society. Young men and women are turning to this type of National mentality.
I remember when people would honestly want to see their co-workers doing well. I know the desperation of poverty; no it's not pretty, but if no-one lends a helping hand to their friends, with a lot of people currently planning to destroy their friend's lives. All in the name of the all mighty dollar, just so they can have a designer pair of pants, or that designer pair of glasses. Really says a lot, about just where are country is headed in our futures. More and more single women are willing to turn to escorting and prostitution or porn, just so they can have those designer dresses, purses, cars, homes or glasses. Doing it all in the name of fashion and materialism! They will be going down that dark self destructive path, so they can purchase, their next outfit at a hustler store, or maybe they'll go to bebe to get that next must have item.
Currently, I have seen more than a few of my friends, going down this dark and depressive path. I know that you can't change anyone, but, I want to help the people from other states, that are thinking of making the move to any Sunshine State or New York in search of fame or millions. Sometimes things aren't greener on the other side, and if you are willing to do anything, just so you can get the latest bling-blang. You are really going to be humiliated, when you finally realize that your money has run out, and all you're stuck with now is the bad memories...of the things, that you put yourself threw, to keep your materialistic fantasy alive.
I used to work for the Hollywood Express, where prostitutes and prostituting Transsexuals where placing their Ad's, weekly. One man came to place his Ad, dressed like a good looking man. When he placed his Ad, he had a sentence under a picture of him, dressed like a woman that read; "9 inches and fully functional." When I asked him why, he said to me, "I need to pay the rent!" To me he's the perfect example, of America's whoring mentality. We are living in a period of time when even men, are willing to dress like women, simply, so they won't be homeless. American John's, assume, everything and everyone can be had for a price, or if they make a good enough offer. Do you know what? In many, many, cases during our times, those Johns would be right. Now I believe that many in America feel that it's OK; because like my friend at the Hollywood express said; "I have to pay rent." My big concern is nobody, and I mean nobody, was ever meant to have to live their lifes that way. From my experience with friends, that that life style is not the way anybody should have to live. But when the mega millionaires, take over every factory job. Moving them out of the country. Plus with the scrutiny that millions, will have to go through, just to get a minimum waged job. A job that won't cover the rent, and because of that fact, I know that the whore mentality is probably only going to get worse, as this century proceeds.
