Sometimes being human, is, really hard to understand. Remember that R.E.M song; "Everybody Cries?" At some point in life, everybody, learns that life eventually breaks your heart. As I sit here tonight, rubbing my emotionally, depressive self, and sitting here thinking, my deep thoughts.
It's weird, right after I wrote the story, about the Saudis, having everything to do with 9/11. I ran into a middle eastern man, at a coffee shop. What he said to me next, as I sat there drinking my Latte, amazed me. He said this to me; if you where in the middle east, do you know what would happen to you, if, you had that tattoo? I kid you not! He said to me, that if they saw my tattoo, they'd kill me! All I had to say to that was, I'm sure glad, I was born here! All I was thinking, was, that's a really stupid reason, to kill someone.
Have you ever just thought; if animals could talk, what would they have to say, about the human race? Well let me take a shot at it; "humans are basically a selfish, thoughtless creature, that love, hurting and killing us (meaning animals) for sport. Plus, they love killing each other, over nothing! Oh, and they love blowing each other up! It's sad to me, that, no matter how bad things in the world get, for us; the sun keeps shinning!
So that Persian man, went on to tell me, as I sipped my latte; did you know, that, in Kuwait, they leave everything unlocked, even the most valuable of things. Do you want to know why, they can do this? So I had to ask; why they did that; he said, well because, if, you're caught stealing in the Middle East, they will cut your f*cking hand's off! So steal in the Middle East, and lose a hand! I guess that works, as a deterrent against theft. He said he praised Allah, to be out of, as he described it; "a country that turned to shit!" He was referring to, all of the Middle East, because, of all of the crazy, retarded rules, that they have going on over there. Along with all of their religious bullshit. All of which had destroyed, and was still destroying, the place he loved and grew up in. Then he told me, he had done 12 years of prison time, in the Middle East, for no reason. And that he was glad to be in America, he then said; that America is the best country in the world! So I just had to ask him; "so are you still a Muslim?" He told me honestly, that he wasn't, and he didn't believe in any religion. And he like I, only believed in a God, that wasn't controlling, and full of hate!
Yes, I read half of the Koran, my step father, had an English version of the Koran. And I used to be into reading; every different type of text on religions. Any text, I could get my hands on, I would read. Why? It gave me, a much better insight, into how humanity thinks.
Now, I only got threw half of it, after reading somewhere, that Mohamed was a spiritual leader, of love and kindness, when he first started his mission. But...the Arab tribes of the dessert, where cannibals, and very much into fighting amongst each other. So Mohammad, changed the Koran, making it much more violent, so that it would be accepted, amongst his people, because...they didn't accept his religion at first, because it wasn't violent enough. He changed it, so his violent people, would believe in it. Otherwise, they never would have followed, that religion. I only got threw half of the Koran, because, I couldn't believe, how violent that religion really was. There was a passage in the Koran, that said, if any non-Muslim person, stepped one foot into Muslim lands, that if you where a Muslim, you could kill him! After that passage, I stopped reading the Koran, I set that book down, and I never picked up the Koran again!
What I've noticed, is, that humanity has a type of pack animal attitude. Especially, when it comes to worshiping God, in any religion. Everybody thinks, their version of how people should live their life's, because of God, is, the only way. While constantly thinking, their religion, is, the best way! There's a sick type of pride, in every different religion. I have a question; "if God was a man, do you think, he'd be worshiping any religion, in 2011?' I personally believe, God, would be smarter, then falling into, any religious trap.
My ex-husband used to say; "killing was Gods way, of thinning out, the heard!" Is he right? It sure does seem, that, more and more people, sure are willing, to die over, someones religion or race. The world, is, going a million years backwards, into the past! I realize millions of men, need to, control women...but at what cost? I believe the cost has been set to high, for that control to exist. And the subjugation , or the rules that allow for that to happen; has come from a book, called, the Koran, that Mohamed had to change, to get people to follow and believe in, in the first place.
I really believe that in 2011, soon to be 2012, humanity, is, no farther in it's social achievements, then some of our earliest cave men. Yes it's true! No matter how sad things get, the sun will still be shinning. The sun was shinning for Jesus Christ, during his final moments too. And all the death and misery ever since, his Crucifixion; has been brought about, by the worlds different religions. That's the end of this deep thought moment.
